From Coach Danny:

HERE are the meet results by swimmer, showing improvement from almost all swimmers and some really big time drops. 

A few highlights worth noting:

1. Only three DQs out of 114 swims and five relays. I saw many coaches with handfuls of DQ slips. 
2. Twenty-five MSC swimmers participated in the meet, and eight swimmers dropped over five seconds, with some dropping ten or more. 
3. Out of 114 swims, we achieved 59 new personal bests, 38 were in new events never swum before, leaving only 27 swims that were not personal bests. 
4. 24 out of 25 swimmers scored, which is a big deal with 14 teams and nearly 500 swimmers at the meet. 
5. MSC won 3 of the five relays we swam and finished 6th and 7th in the others. 
6. Shout out to the 8 & U boys' free relay and the 13-14 girls' free and medley relay winners! 
7. Alyssa did not score, but she had to swim in the 15-and-over because she could only come on Sunday afternoon. She did okay, though, dropping 13 seconds in the 100 fly, beating two of the older girls as an 11-year-old, and also helping the 13-14 relay win the medley! 
8. Lumina set six MSC records!! 
9. Philomena set two MSC records! 

It was a great weekend for all, and I couldn't be prouder.

Thanks to all the parents for being there, helping them to the blocks, and cheering them on. The ribbons will be mailed, and we should get them soon.
