Hi Swim Families,

We’re excited to kick off another great summer swim season! Below are all the important dates, updates, and a few changes to our registration process. Please read carefully so you’re ready for the season ahead. I'm also attaching a pdf summary. Please help us grow are team by sharing this info with friends!

🏊 Summer Season Dates
Our summer season will run May 4th through July 25th.
Board members will be available during the first week to assist with registrations and questions as needed.

👯 May 4th: Bring a Friend Night
Join us for a fun kickoff event! Swimmers are encouraged to bring a friend to try out the team.

📅 Summer Meet Schedule

• June 16th
• June 23rd
• July 7th
• July 14th
• July 25th (Conference Meet)

Meet Details:

• Tuesday meets begin at 6:00 PM (Warm-ups at 5:00 PM)
• Conference meet (July 25th) begins around 9:00 AM (Warm-ups at 8:00 AM)

Volunteer and Meet Requirements:

• As in previous seasons, families will be required to volunteer at a minimum of two meets.
• Swimmers will be required to compete in at least 2 meets.
• Volunteer sign-ups will be coordinated similarly to last year.

📣 Mandatory Parent Meeting – May 11th

• 6:00 PM: Athletes and parents meet at the aquatic center
• 6:15 PM: Parent meeting continues while swimmers begin practice

Attendance is mandatory. If you are unable to attend, you must contact Amy Jones, Amanda Chiota, Beth Willard Patton, Dan St. Louis or John Voegeli to schedule a follow-up. As part of maintaining a safe swim program, parents will need to review and sign required documents, including the Code of Conduct.

📝 Registration Information & New Process
Summer registration is open: https://www.morgantonswim.club/register/101531/sign_in

New this year, families will be asked to log in to the SwimTopia site before registering their swimmer(s). This new workflow will help streamline registration and ensure all family information is accurate.

Fees:

• $150 per swimmer (includes all meet fees); maximum total cost will not exceed $375 per family.
• Additional requirements: MAC membership and USA Swimming registration
• Maximum total cost per family (MSC fees only) will not exceed $375
